It's a bit of a customer service lottery at SuitsMe

It's a bit of a lottery with them at customer service. I can only imagine with the recent acquisition of Engage from Contis/Solaris, it is a bit manic there still. I use it as a back-up for things like online shopping and for that it's perfectly suited - but as an alternative to a mainstream debit card it has significant limitations. WHEN you get a response to email, they cover all the bases - and I'd suggest that's the only way to deal with them unless you really must speak on a time critical matter. But, it's a lottery as I say, with some not addressing queries effectively but other reps are just amazing at customer service. Reviewed on: 18th May 2025
