Absolutely a joke . Blocked my account without any warning and no reason . Kept my balance and put me in risk of loosing home as it was my rent payment. I asked to speak to the manager I got told it will take 24 hours for them to ring you . Customer care blow 0 . I can’t believe it never seen anything worse than that in my life . They are always when I need them.

They are always when I need them. Also when they think, I need their helpful advice. The online banking app and mastercard debit are working very well for me. The only little minus is that the card cannot be added to any of my digital wallets. But it works itself, so that's only a little issue and I'm sure they add this functionality in closest future.
