Unfortunately I found myself admitted to hospital whilst travelling in Bali and had to undergo various medical treatments but the insurance company was extremely efficient in sorting out all the logistics and I am extremely grateful for everyone who helped during the process. Travel insurance 4 medical were quick to response to all correspondence and helpful. Claiming on the insurance however was a different story - what TI4M advertised and have in their terms is different to what the actual insurance company offer. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023
