Travel insurance 4 medical were quick to response to all correspondence and helpful. Claiming on the insurance however was a different story - what TI4M advertised and have in their terms is different to what the actual insurance company offer. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Poor poor service

There is a reason the insurance is relatively cheap. Unable to get hold of someone whilst away and experiencing a medical issue and later penalised for this during the claim process. Poor and inept service when claiming Reviewed on: 9th October 2023
