Good full coverage for travelling

I was struggling to find full coverage as I have several health conditions & had had a recent spell in hospital. Your adviser was very knowledgeable, explained things fully, gave me reassurance & I got full cover. My overall experience

The insurance was clear and easy to customise and the person I spoke to on the phone about what they would recommend was excellent and very helpful. The only issue I had was that they would not put through a claim when my phone was stolen by the police, because they didn't consider my claim valid (it is hard to get any kind of paper trail going when border guards steal your things, because of the way borders work). So it was easy to set up, with clean instructions and the people were very informative on the phone, but the claims process wasn't great for me. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
