Same medical conditions but £900 more! What a rip off!

I used TI4M for a single trip worldwide in 2019 and the cost was £374.79 which included an additional premium of £188.32 for a number of medical conditions. For a similar single trip worldwide in 2024, the cost was £1,427.86. This included an additional premium for almost the same medical conditions of £1,050.08. I was horrified!
