Had to claim for missed ports on a cruise last year and it couldn’t have been simpler. Phoned up to double check claim details and customer service was helpful. The claim was initially paid out incorrectly to the information I was given but once contacted it was paid out fully very quickly. Have bought again for our travel insurance this year. It was an amazing experience, all the things that I have read in the insurance were good and the price for the insurance comparing to what it does cover and the period I needed with all the extras were good!! Customer services were very helpful and they guide me to the correct insurance and helped me to choose the correct insurance policy for myself. They do reply quick on their emails which is a good thing and their website and their App are good and easy to use and jump around them Reviewed on: 31st August 2026
