Prices were very reasonable as we had several medical conditions. Easy to complete online and staff very helpful and friendly when I had to phone for help. Unfortunately holiday had to be cancelled but I got a refund immediately and was told I would be welcome back when I was able to rebook, which I shall certainly be doing Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

i have used this company for my wife before she died, she had numerous medical problems, all were covered by this company and at a very reasonable price. i had taken a policy out for myself to go on holiday in september 2020, but because of the covid situation changed to a holiday in june 2021. contacted them and they changed it over for me to the new dates, all free of charge. totally recommend this company and its very helpful employees.. By far the best deal we could get. When Covid struck and we could not travel the policy was suspended until travel to our chosen destination was allowed. could not as for better customer service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

My Holiday insurance

Due to Covid 19 my 2020 Cruise was cancelled. Travel insurance saver transferred my insurance to a rebooked cruise in 2021 with no fuss and no extra cost .I would like to give them 10 out of 10 for the service I received Reviewed on: 7th September 2020
