Professional and Efficient

In 2023 a family holiday to Thailand had to be cut short due to a death in the family back home, on our return to the UK we started our claims process. The whole claims experience was professional, efficient and quick, I had absolutely no hesitation in renewing this years insurance (didn't even shop around), I was even prepared to pay a little bit more than the next provider was offering, purely based on customer service and the product I'd purchased. The insurance rate for the family for the year, is also more than competitive, 5 star really. Reviewed on: 9th October 2024
