A bank to trust

I use UTB both for business and personal banking…I’m maybe a little old fashioned and was a little “jittery” about moving a substantial amount of money to UTB. Customer service was superb, especially from Stephanie Charsley who guided me through it all…since that point both my partner and I have personal investments in UTB Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Very good personal service

After much insistence I had a very good service and result with the help of a senior person in their custmer services section. Very fast responses overall to questions, and helpful attitudes. A very good selection of accounts. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Better than Cambridge & counties

Setup an account when others couldn't (Cambridge + counties) Everything went well but I did not get the login details automatically and had to phone in for them. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
