Very helpful from the start

I have had loans in the past that wernt always well explained but any questions I had the Updraft team were very helpful at answering, and if there was something they had to get checked they went away for a couple of days to check and report back. There was no pressure to take the loan out once I had been accepted and they were friendly enough to check in and check if there was any doubts that I needed answering. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
