I had already invested through my bank but I was looking for another investment 'product' that was easy to set up and add funds to, I found it in Wealthify. They have an extremely easy set up, simple to understand dashboard to see your investment performance and also manage your funds. Their staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. I've found Wealthify to be easy to navigate, as well as answering a simple questionnaire at the beginning they were able to tailor my risk appetite and provide a plan suitable for me and my future ambitions. Everything with wealthify is made to make investment accessible to the massess. It is very easy to get started, start up your investments and they regurarly update you whats happening with your money in plain english. Opening a stocks and share ISA with Wealthify has turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. They regularly communicate any changes that they want to make to your holdings and explain exactly why they are making those changes. I messaged them as I wanted to switch my plan to an ethical ISA and the process was completed impressively quickly. The returns have been very good so far and I'm really impressed with their knowledge. The app is also fantastic and very easy to use. It's so comforting to know that my money is working hard, in a tax-free ISA, and that experts are managing my portfolio to give me the best returns possible, all with very little effort or input required from me.
