Exactly what I wanted and more

When I started investing with Wealthify I was looking for an alternative place to put excess savings. Wealthify is exactly what I needed. From my initial investment I have made small returns much more than I would make in a regular savings account. My experience with the app is great. I would never have touched stocks and shares due to the bewildering amount of literature and contradicting advice out there. Wealthify’s plain talking and easy to understand literature took the worry out of something I knew I should be doing but thought it was only for people cleverer and better off! Great Customer Service Good Returns

Could not speak high enough about the customer service team. Always very friendly and helpful and provide detailed responses. I have a portfolio at level 3 on the risk scale and have so far also been impressed with the returns overall. App is very handy and I enjoy the breakdown of investments available. Simple, easy to use and a great team!

I'm a Chartered Financial Planner and decided to dip my toe in the Roboadvice market, from a personal and professional inquisitive perspective. Having been an advocate of low charges and passive investment approaches for many years, Wealthify's approach spiked an interest. The costs are low, the account was very easy to set-up and running it online is so easy (brill fingerprint technology!). The investment process for assessing risk is simple, risk warnings are present and the team behind the decisions seem well qualified. How the service fares long-term, we will see - Aviva's involved does not inspire confidence having dealt with them over the years, but I understand the synergy/value for a new small company. One thing all new investors must remember, ALL the porfolios can lose money, and the risks cannot be underestimated of getting back far less than you put in. But the instruments they use seem sound, and if the costs stay low, this is far better solution for most that the high cost active fund management being peddle by many an online D2C investment platform. Good job so far, just be careful on thinking these guys have a crystal ball - they dont, they will make money and lose money over time. Super customer service to date. Reviewed on: 10th November 2017
