6 months later, I'm now £266 poorer with Wealthify

I've had a Wealthify ISA for the past 6 months now and literally from the moment I created the account I've been at a loss. I'm now £266 in the red, and am just hoping it goes back to neutral soon so I can take it out and close my account. I regret ever opening an account with them, and can't wait to be shot of them. Also, when I emailed to express my worry I was just sent a generic response which indicated their lack of personal interest in their customer's accounts. Like I said, just shop around before being sucked into the adverts they're pushing out everywhere. I just hope I don't lose all my money before I have the chance to take it all out and break even after wasting 6 months which I could've used to invest elsewhere. Reviewed on: 12th December 2018

Great Company and easy to understand communications.

I invested in a General Investment Account but wanted to change this to an Ethical ISA. It was changed very quickly with no problems from the Customer Services team. Reviewed on: 21st November 2018

Really simple, best customer service!

Having never invested before, it is so easy to set up an account. The deposit process is pretty straight forward as all the info I needed was on the screen. Had a question about investing as this was the first time I've done this kind of thing and spoke to a very knowledgeable rep on the live chat. Ingenious Investing for Idiots

I am not the investing type but when I heard about Wealthify and had a look at the website, I was hooked. The minimum investment is only a pound! So I took a risk, for me anyway, and invested £250 and never looked back. My small investment has grown and grown and it is exciting to check and see what I’m invested in and discuss with friends and family.
