User friendly interface, rapid customer service, and good returns

Excellent customer service experience - have waited at maximum maybe 5 minutes before being able to contact a service representative via the in-app chat function. Good returns on the investment over the period of a year (10%+). Easy to navigate app that lets me understand my investments and gains simply. Excellent all round product! A more personalised experience

A great personal account dashboard with details of investments and performance tracking. Great online support chat service, very friendly, helpful and professional advisers. Reasonable fees compared to some of the bigger competitors. Overall a much more personalised service than with the big corporates, but at the end of the day it is performance of investments that count and time will tell but the signs look promising. Had no experience of operating a Stocks & Shares ISA so I needed professionals to do it on my behalf. The level of detail around my plan provided by Wealthify whenever I choose to review it with their on line app, has given me the confidence to grow the level of my investment at my pace.
