Good overall account management.

Good overall account management. I have found the odd international payment can get delayed with aml checks and these seem sensible and not onerous. Interest balances pretty good, I like options to earn in different currencies and it is quite clean and flexible. Pricing for payments very good indeed. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Everything works just great with a simple App!

Used Wise for some years, great for foreign currency use, interest on current accounts, stocks and shares availability and cheap foreign currency transfer. Good and fast customer service when needed. App is great, easy to use, very quick transfers in and out. Transparent costs and charges. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

WISE operate on unethical business practises. When i convert money to yen it was not prompt to me as a warning that the min. transfer for Yen using Swift is 1million yen. This was only made known after conversion. When I ask customer service for a solution they just say to convert back to the original currency. When i ask so i inccur twice currency conversion fee and they decide to ignore me saying. Saying that's the solution offered. Such a dubious practise from a company that promotes transparency.
