Easy to understand and great after advice!

Phoned for quote as have medical issues. Great clear cut questions but not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Sensible quote which we went with. Follow up email with all details sent through quickly and easy to understand .... count down to our holiday was followed up with email of all contacts should we need to speak to someone or make a call/claim/need advice. Very supporting information and clear to understand... will be recommending and definitely our first go to for future trips. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

This is my first experience with World First Travel Insurance but so far I am very impressed. Bought my insurance on-line easily and discovered the company to be competitively priced for a 77-year-old. swithered whether to take either a single or an annual insurance as both were competitive. I may have chosen the wrong one but I will definitely come back for renewal, assuming all remains as positive as initial experience Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

World First really fought for my insurance to be valid when I faced a change in my medical condition. Despite the policy still being invalid I would still recommend the company!

Due to a change in my medical condition, I was unable to go on my 5 months internship in Canada. However, Workd First did everything they could to see if my policy was valid. The handled me with a great amount of care and I felt truely supported by them. The decision came down to the underwriters but I believe they did everything they could for me. I called the customer service line as was unsure about how medical screening worked and what package to pick - the person I spoke to was unbelievably helpful and sorted all my questions out. The value for money of the quote is so far above any other company that I will 100% be using you for all future cover, as well as recommending you to my family - Thank you!
