This is my first experience with World First Travel Insurance but so far I am very impressed. Bought my insurance on-line easily and discovered the company to be competitively priced for a 77-year-old. swithered whether to take either a single or an annual insurance as both were competitive. I may have chosen the wrong one but I will definitely come back for renewal, assuming all remains as positive as initial experience Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

It is often difficult to find a company who understands what people want and need, I have used World First for the last few years and can state they offer an exceptional service along with a speedy delivery, in my opinion you would have to go a long way to beat them. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

World First really fought for my insurance to be valid when I faced a change in my medical condition. Despite the policy still being invalid I would still recommend the company!

Due to a change in my medical condition, I was unable to go on my 5 months internship in Canada. However, Workd First did everything they could to see if my policy was valid. The handled me with a great amount of care and I felt truely supported by them. The decision came down to the underwriters but I believe they did everything they could for me. Well looked after by lady on the phone she was very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted the best holiday insurance at a great price for the year for my husband and me.The policy’s arrived through the post the very next day.Would recommended. Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

I called the customer service line as was unsure about how medical screening worked and what package to pick - the person I spoke to was unbelievably helpful and sorted all my questions out. The value for money of the quote is so far above any other company that I will 100% be using you for all future cover, as well as recommending you to my family - Thank you!
