My husband had ill health over the last couple of years and we unfortunately had to cancel holiday. World First refunded us immediately You will no find better Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Excellent cover at a reasonable price

very good cover for all our existing conditions to USA at a price which was considerably less than some of the supposed best buy companies on the comparison sites. Service was good and easy to sort out online. Didn't need to claim but I wouldn't expect any problems. Will be using for our next adventure ! Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

We have been using world first for around four or five years maybe more. We used them on the recommendation of a friend as we were going to travel to Australia and with Pre exsisting medical conditions were not sure who to go with.we had no problems getting cover so gave used them ever since. We have never had to make a claim thankfully but we did have to contact them re a change in medical circumstances but again we had no problems. My only gripe would be that I think if we want our policy by post you have to pay for it. As we don't have a printer this is just a small added cost on top of the policy. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Great customer service, really helpful covering an existing medical condition without costing a fortune. I have already recommended World First to another person with an existing medical condition, they were also delighted with the friendly, helpful staff & the cost of the policy. Quoted £2,000 by well known company for one week in Cyprus(I have Cancer,which is under control.World First welcomed me,asked for £169 for my wife and myself.Wow and were so helpful.Even welcomed my business.Others treat you like a leper. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

pre-existing medical conditions travel insurance

I had looked at a lot of policies for my wife, and, her pre-existing medical conditions. I had purchased a policy for her the previous year with World First, recommended by Martin Lewis (the money man). it was cheaper last year but she was under 70 years old. It is dearer this year, but I have the peace of mind knowing that having answered all the medical questions, she has a first class policy at a fairly reasonable price.
