Great insurance for complex requirements

World First are a fantastic company for providing peace of mind when travelling with pre existing medical conditions. The screening is easy and classifies the risk well unlike so many others which assume all conditions are to be excluded or a hefty premium charged. Used it for many years now and cant be beaten on price and service for the level of cover provided. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

During the earliest days of the pandemic, WFTI couldn't have been more accomodating in allowing me to cancel a policy I had taken out, for a soon thereafter aborted holiday. I promised to deal with them on the next available opportunity and am now doing so, for a holiday this month. I don't buy the cheapest insurance. I look for a proven claims expert, as an indication of quality. After all, should one need to claim, a demonstrable track record in meeting customer needs, is essential. That apart, the WFTI terms are all-encompassing, at a sensible premium. Excellent business! Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Full cover for existing illness without ripping you off

Having previously used another provider for my heart condition I found when I was diagnosed with IPF that the premiums went through the roof. World First was recommended to me by a doctor and has given me first class service and acceptable costs allowing me to travel confidently with my condition and to not take advantage of individuals who have had bad news regarding their health but still want to travel and enjoy their remaining time making memories with their loved ones Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
