A helpful and very efficient service

I was without travel insurance due to my previous company going out of business. I needed travel insurance for the next day for a family holiday. It was sorted in less than 20 minutes and I had the assurance of being covered. They also send updates on changes to the travel industry, keeping me informed of what's going on. A great service! best travel insurer with a medical condition

Easy to use website with a medical condition,. A lot cheaper than other insurers. Did not have to make a claim but when we had a problem in Florida they gave us helpful information. Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Pointless Policy

Purchased a travel policy but they do not cover pandemic even thou it was taken out way before COVID-19. Pointless as the flights, accommodation NOTHING is covered. Not interested in helping and useless customer services. Very poor and would not recommend. No support, no customer satisfaction and no cover. POINTLESS Reviewed on: 26th August 2020
