Never claimed but excellent product

Ive been lucky enough to have not needed to make a claim, but they offer a great product, that is simple to apply for, and prices are very affordable. I will never go on holiday without insurance, and as someone with existing medical conditions, it can sometimes cost a small fortune, but World First have always been very reasonable and I feel sure that, should the worst happen, they would be there for me if I needed to make a claim. No nonsense , easy to understand correspondence from this company. Friendly, always answer questions and very supportive during Covid 19 - Easter insurance was easily transferred to another date with no fuss or fee. Excellent cover and service

World First covers pre existing conditions for me and my husband and when he was taken I’ll in New York over Christmas they covered all the hospital bills promptly and with no fuss. They were very supportive through an anxious time. Reviewed on: 24th August 2020
