Son came off his bike after hitting a pot hole. Shifter broken and a few scrapes to him. Replacement part and clothing arrived very quickly. No issues with replacing like for like and the staff at the call centre were excellent Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Fantastic claims service

Racing abroad for the first time, I got caught up in a crash that wrecked my bike. I was worried sick that I would have problems claiming as I was new to Yellow Jersey. However, the claims team were absolutely amazing. Their customer care and help in getting my bike assessed and repaired was second to none. There were no quibbles, they answered calls and emails promptly and they provided excellent support and advice. They were flexible in providing repair/replacement options to get me back on the road with the minimum of fuss. I highly recommend Yellow Jersey and I will never go elsewhere for bike insurance.
