The customer support is responsive and fantastic. The membership fee is a bit high, but it consistently improves, and it doesn't invest in fossil fuel and arms like many other banks.     Innovation works

    Great UX, slick onboarding, comms are clear and timely. Love the Griffin solution to preload a wallet but still receiving points. Open banking for repayments is super slick.
