Whose Money Is It!!!

Come on YB surely these reviews should mean something! This isn't the first time my son needs to access his money and he can't! This isn't your money, its his! This isn't the first time I've left a complaint about this. Your live chat is diabolical, slow, and to eventually be told to contact customer service. Despite passing all security questions why on earth can't he move his money! You really need to look at these reviews and act! Disgusting that a bank can act in this way!
