Had trouble finding a bank for our local community CIC

Had trouble finding a bank for our local community radio station that's a CIC. Without exception all the main high street names were uninterested! Then I found Zempler and they provided exactly what was required without fuss or a large fee etc. So pleased with their online service and easy access to our banking records. MY EXPERIENCE

Customer service is top-notch. I will recommend this bank to others at any time. They attend to customers immediately if you ask for help on the phone . The staff are friendly and ready to help at all times. I am happy to continue with this bank, as the service is good . However, the only improvement I would recommend is if they can introduce a business overdraft; that will really be helpful. Also , a transfer fee of 0.35p could also be look into in the future; if that could be review it will help . Reviewed on: 12th April 2026

Good value and none nonsense bank.

Good value and none nonsense bank. I have now been using this bank for business for over a year. I had only good experiences and even when there was a problem they were able and willing to sort it out within a short time. Access to customer service although a bit long was within reason.
