Simple, Quick, Fairly Priced and honest.

We needed a loan to buy a car. There were a number of good deals around but none as clearly labelled and easy to see as Zopa. The entire process took a couple of days, the decision was initially quick and soon we were sent the money. The method of tracking the loan, plus the easy ability of us to over pay makes Zopa the best choice out there. Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Easy and smooth process

When I took out my loan the application process was simple and payment was fairly quick. I was able to make additional payments and pay off the loamain early without any penalty Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

excellent customer service

The bank refused the first direct debit, and Zopa let me know immediately. I paid over the phone. The same thing happened on the second payment. I phoned the bank and they could not give me a reason for non payment, but told me to re-send the direct debit. I am now waiting to see what happens for the third payment.
