It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

Excellent service during ill health

I had a period of ill health which unfortunately meant my Boat Safety Certificate lapsed. I contacted Craftinsure and was quickly reassured that this would not affect my insurance in a friendly exchange of emails. It really feels like they have got my back. Reviewed on: 25th August 2026

Prior to purchasing a new vessel I was aware that to have it berthed in a marina, an insurance policy was a pre-requirement. With this in mind I sought as much information over the internet to see what cover was available from various marine insurance companies. Did not come to an immediate conclusion as there was so much information required to consider. After applying due diligence to what was being offered against what my requirement were I opted for Craftinsure. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2026
