It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. It took over a month to get a reply to my claim. Then only to send details to your underwriters. Still waiting a reply from them for over a week!!! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

What I particularly value about Craftinsure is their human relations. Yes, human relations. I really feel we're fellow human beings, not just insurer and client. I always price check annual renewals so I know I'm getting value for money and that my policy has the cover details I need. My Ripe Boat Insurance.

Hi all, i have my boat insured with Ripe Insurance for the last 2 years and have not had any problems with them, they are very good at what they do regarding customer care plus the cost to insure my boat was far cheaper than all the other companies i tried with the same benefits what could be better nothing as far as i can see Ripe is the one for me. Third part damaged the back of my boat.

When I had someone crash into the back of my boat whilst moored Craftinstook on the took on the task of ensuring the 3rd party insurer paid for the damage and managed the claim throughout from start to completion. Reviewed on: 1st August 2026
