Compassionate customer service

I had some issues during the pandemic when my daughter became ill with long covid and I was unsure about whether I could continue making repayments towards my loan. The advisor listened carefully and provided a range of clear solutions. They were not what I was looking for, but it was reassuring to be listened to at a time when I was feeling financially vulnerable.
