Pleasant, efficient service.

I had mixed things up on my application, within 24 hours of applying they rang me, sorted my errors out and agreed the loan. I couldn’t ask for better service. Reviewed on: 11th September 2026

I have been with pennie community credit since 2022,...

A very happy elderly gentleman.

I applied for a further loan and it was approved the very next day. I am not very tech savvy and Claire and other staff helped me through this successfully which was fantastic and aided a 67 years old man through the minefield. Much appreciated. The whole process was quick and easy and didn't leave me hanging around waiting for the decision. I would just like to say a great big Thank You to the whole team and I can recommend Northern to anyone looking for savings and reasonable loans also very responsible lending mantra.
