The loan application is quick and easy, and the customer service team respond within a couple of hours. I have been very happy with the service so far, and have recommended it to a few of my friends. Happy member

I have been a member of Pennine credit Union for close to ten years, I am more than satisfied with their friendly, professional experiences with them if I need to withdraw from my saving via my app the money is in my bank account instantly, if I’m in need of a loan it takes on average 3 days to receive a decision, I’ve never had any problem bless efficient service 10/10 thank you for a fantastic service Reviewed on: 30th June 2025
