I’m glad to say I haven’t ever had to make a claim on my policy , I find the price to be very reasonable considering my high blood pressure.The renewal rate I have just received is very affordable and I would certainly not travel without it. Reviewed on: 13th September 2025

A detailed process but an excellent outcome

Although the process is extremely thorough it is actually reassuring as a result. The only problem is that sometimes it is not easy to amend an answer, meaning that you must start again. However, the quotes are excellent value . Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

Despite being under immunotherapy cancer treatment, and many insurance companies / brokers refusing to even offer cover, Albert and Eddie provided a very comprehensive, easy to follow web site, plus polite and clearly well trained agents to take you through the full process ... exceptional service, good value .. and I've not stopped recommending them since. Without them me - and may others - would have missed load of travel, including a foreign wedding for my son! Reviewed on: 12th September 2025

I was able to get a multitrip worldwide annual policy through Albert and Eddie in spite of having cancer diagnosis and had thought that I wouldn't be able to travel abroad again. More importantly it was at a reasonable price for a very comprehensive policy. Reviewed on: 12th September 2025
