I don’t usually write reviews, but I genuinely felt like this deserved one. Applying for a loan can be stressful and honestly a bit intimidating, especially when you’re not sure what to expect. But from start to finish, my experience with Abound was completely different to anything I’ve had before. The application process was quick, clear, and didn’t feel overwhelming. What stood out the most was how transparent everything was — no confusing jargon, no hidden surprises, just straightforward information that actually made sense. I was kept informed at every stage, and the decision came through faster than I expected. It really took a weight off my shoulders during a time when I needed things to be simple and reliable. What I appreciated most is that I didn’t feel judged or like “just another application.” It felt like the process was designed with real people in mind, which is rare these days.
