Very good experience when setting up - I've not had to speak with customer services so far. I would say that the website could be a bit more user friendly and clear as it is not always easy or clear to find what you need. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

It was easy to apply, set up and get the money into my account quickly. The best thing was their flexibility for me, being able to pay back early and I decide if I want to reduce my monthly payments keeping the same term or keeping monthly payments the same and reducing my loan term.
