Sraightforward and easy process

Applying and getting the loan was straightforward and easy enough, the rates were not the best ever but they were reasonable enough considering my situation. I've thankfully never had to contact customer service about anything so I wouldn't know anything about that, but their updates have been useful and timely when they happen. That's about all of it.
