Good value for basic cover Generally easy although the customer service can occasionally be a little slow. Didn't quibble over a claim and paid out quickly. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Agria offer lifetime care pet insurance, which doesn’t exclude pre-existing or continual care costs. It also gives pet owners a helpline to call where you can chat with veterinarians about any problems your pet might be having. So useful for a new pet owner! Reviewed on: 21st July 2022

Best pet insurance company

My partner has other dogs that are insured with Agria and he has a lot of kind words to say. Me personally, Nala is the only dog i’ve ever had, and Agria make me feel so much better about Nala’s safety. Not only that, they are constantly emailing with all the best, necessary information that a first time dog owner like me truly appreciates. Easy to use.

So easy to use. One of our dogs unexpectedly was diagnosed with cancer snd was gone in a week. Everything was covered and they paid out with out an issue to the vet. Our dog had spent a night at another vets and we thought they had worked directly with agria to pay the 90% but we got a £700 bill 2 months after our dog passed.
