I'd did this and the first thing they did before anything else was wrote to my landlord putting them on notice threatened to sue them. Since this date ive been bullied and harassed. In the 8 months that followed Allianz tried as much as possible not to pay anything using as many excuses. I had to pay thousands to get solicitors to help me until they paid out something. Since this Allianz solicitors have contacted me to subrogate the landlord. All information was sent over and they said very good case of nuisance and negligence. I also wanted my breach of quite enjoyment added to the claim because it created a lit of issues and cost me a fortune causing me stress anxiety etc. We then advised Allianz solicitors that I was autistic. There tone changed immediately. All of a sudden Allianz were there client and they were instructing there client that I would not make a credibil witness. Basically Allianz upset my landlords which ultimately came back on me because Allianz were suing them on my behalf without even telling me we heard it from landlord. Since that relationship broke down. Allianz are now leaving me in a position not only out of pocket but have my my existence there unbeatable. Someone claimed in my name and they didn’t care to call or notify me till they decided to double the insurance money I’d been paying, then after I proved there wasn’t a claim through the other party they closed the case but left that information there for all the other insurers to see so why can’t they leave it there with a note that there was no claim made??they’ve ruined me without even calling to ask whether there was an incident or not. That means insuring with them means you’re not safe with such issues because they wouldn’t bother investigating before screwing you over. Think twice before considering them.
