I switched from another provider who introduced fees...

I switched from another provider who introduced fees for basic account services. The transfer went smoothly and I was up and running within a few days. Both the app and the desktop interface work well. The cashback on the Visa card is useful and the savings pot offers decent interest on the balance. Overall, it has been a great experience.
