I reached out for assistance just before closing time on a Friday, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of support I received. The consultant not only stayed on the call to help resolve the issue, but also quickly devised a workaround that allowed me to continue making payments from our business account while their IT team addressed the underlying problem. He remained on the line well beyond his regular working hours, and then followed up first thing Monday morning to ensure everything had gone smoothly and to check if I needed any further assistance. Allica Bank a class act in business banking

We have never had the need to contact Allica Bank to sort out banking issues that plague other online banks. The best customer service is the team you don't need to contact. We were also highly impressed by its corporate client onboarding process - the best we found when we contacted 5 banks to open a corporate account. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
