I reached out for assistance just before closing time on a Friday, and I was incredibly impressed by the level of support I received. The consultant not only stayed on the call to help resolve the issue, but also quickly devised a workaround that allowed me to continue making payments from our business account while their IT team addressed the underlying problem. He remained on the line well beyond his regular working hours, and then followed up first thing Monday morning to ensure everything had gone smoothly and to check if I needed any further assistance.
