Outstanding relationship banking and service levels

As the owner of an accountancy firm and a director of a not-for-profit organisation, I work with a wide range of banks and financial providers and Allica has genuinely stood out. Louise Read has been our main contact and has been excellent throughout. The level of service, responsiveness and commercial understanding has been consistently high, and the experience has been far ahead of what we have experienced from other banks. We have introduced a number of clients to Louise and the feedback has been equally positive, with strong support and smooth onboarding across the board. In addition to the relationship management, the practical benefits such as cashback and competitive interest rates add real value for businesses.
