Really easy to get a quote and purchase the policy. Always happy with the cost of the policy, especially as I know it provides a greater level of cover compared to other providers charging the same price. Communications and updates are also always clear. Reviewed on: 17th August 2026

Prompt and impressive service

I submitted a claim after a severe delay on a French train meant that I had to cancel my flight home, stay a night in a hotel and then fly home the next day. I had only recently taken out insurance with Alpha and they paid in full, reasonably promptly. Reviewed on: 14th July 2026

For over 13 years I have travelled to the USA to visit my family for a couple of weeks during the school holidays and I have always used Alpha Travel Insurance.
