AMIGO means friend ! ! !

Not having a great credit score, and being in my mid seventies,my only option for finance seemed to be PAY DAY extortionists, until I decided to apply, with a guarantor, to AMIGO. They may be a little expensive, but more than make up for it with their friendly , understanding case workers.They are keen to ensure that both borrower and guarantor meet their lending criteria and go the extra mile by speaking to prospective customers with empathy and understanding before making decisions. One might read adverse reviews, but , their criteria for repayment of loans is clearly set out during the application process,and, consequently ,non adherence to this would be a factor in such reviews.After all,surely the onus should be on the borrower to ensure, during the application process,and acceptance of the loan, that the agreement terms are met.AMIGO make this clear throughout the process . It remains to be seen, however, how empathetic they would be if problems arise further down the repayment line, but this would be when the guarantor would join the party.! ! Good luck to them with the consumer credit awards...I personally hope they win as I think it would be deserved as it would enhance their reputation of being one of the best around in what can only be described as a controversial industry. For that emergency this company is superb

Van broke down needed to get it fixed quickly to get back to work. After a quick application and guarantor check the money is in the bank. Then pay it of as quickly as possible so if you need it again its there. Also helps your credit rating. Reviewed on: 8th June 2019
