I initially started of on a DMP with back 2 credit after my application for an IVA was declined by a majority, I cannot fault back 2 credit at the staff member who dealt with my case Dalbir was extremely helpful and kind and explained all the process and helped me when we had difficult months financially. I am now on a IVA with another company after getting it approved and I would recommend anyone to back 2 credit if they are ever turned down for IVA as the process is made so easy by them give you a quick get all details and then you relax and they deal with everything else all the admin and chasing of creditors and stopping recovery action and requesting the freezing of interest. After struggling for 12 months with crippling debt with no hope of ever paying it off due to a life changing injury. I was at rock bottom, it felt like I was worth more six feet under. I truly wanted to end it all my best friend had been a customer for around a year and raved about back2credit he walked me through the process and what to expect. Is took the plunge and called them. My debt manager was non judgmental she listened and reassured me that things would get better. She gave me all my options straight. I chose back2credit to take my case on the first month was difficult I was so deep in debt I was dreading the following pay day. To my shock and relief I had money to feed my family for the first time in 12 months. I had some spare to put away for a rainy day. As the months go on I will be in a better position. Finally I feel like I can look forward to a brighter future I know it’s not going to happen over night but if feels like there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. I’m not writing this to win some cash I’m not writing this to bullsh*t people I’m writing this in the hope it prevents someone from doing the stupid thing I contemplated. If your in so deep it feels like there is no way out of your financial turmoil give this team a call. They gave me my life back let them help you. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
