Quick, efficient and User friendly

Had a loan with them which was a quick and easy application process. A few months in I was in a position to pay off a lump sum off it and did so online. Company Rep called me the same day to discuss my payment, review the remainder of my loan and to see what was the best the company could do to support me. As it was I rescheduled at a lower monthly payment and lower interest. Felt the service was about me and not about the Company. Reviewed on: 25th March 2022

Bamboo where extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. They answered every question I had in good detail and helped me to feel at ease. When the loan was approved the money came through almost instantly.
