I was able to obtain a loan easily with a reasonable interest rate and the minimum of fuss and had good after sale service. After getting a guarantor loan and paying it off with no problem I was offered a further no guarantor loan with no problem and no pressure in spite of my poor credit rating. When I first visited Bamboo I shopped on line and on the same day received a phone call to discuss my application. During the following discussions I was put at ease by the Bamboo operator and 10 to 15 minutes later it felt that I had known them for ages. Great customer service. Reviewed on: 30th July 2021
