Fantastic - Cannot fault Bamboo

I was a little wary going into a loan with Bamboo as I've never had a loan for that amount before but they made the whole process so simple and easy for both me and my guarantor, they made me feel like I was a person instead of a credit score. The customer service is second to none, never experienced anything like it, they're all so helpful and willing to answer any question you have without hesitation. I needed a loan to help with some money problems andvi applied and got it , the money was in next day and what i loved was the fact they phoned to make sure the payment date I chose was OK , you couldn't ask for anything note as sometimes loan firms can be to official and be arrogant but bamboo made me feel a proper customer Reviewed on: 13th April 2017
