Bamboo Loans: Excellent, Efficient & Easy Loan Provider

Me and my partner had our wedding booked from last year however, after saving up we were hit with the news of expecting a baby (which comes with its additional costs). As a result we were in need of some extra cash to help pay off some things for the wedding and after a few searches and a referral I came across Bamboo Loans. The application process was really QUICK, no time wasting with a user friendly website. Within JUST a FEW MINUTES I received an approval email and CONFIRMATION asking me to log in to sign the agreement. The agreement was clearly written with the APR rate and repayment schedule etc. and was able to sign this all electronically! (No stress of having to print, sign and rescan back in... phew!) Once completed I then received a email confirming PAYOUT by 1pm the next day! It was such a stress free process and since making monthly payments I have received reminders by text and email and have also spoken with the bamboo team directly on the phone who are also very helpful offering ongoing support. I didn’t have the greatest credit when I applied but good income and history of making repayments however, they also offer a guarantor loan service for bad credit. Even better... I managed to get a NON GUARANTOR loan which was even better for me! I would certainly recommend BAMBOO Loans :) Reviewed on: 16th June 2020

Fast and easy process

The website was very easy to navigate, and there were no issues when filling out the application. Once approved I encountered and issue where mobile phone verification did not work, but after calling the contact centre, it was sorted within minutes. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 21st May 2018

Quick, Easy, Fair

I have been looking for a low cost loan for so long and not having the best credit rating in the world has made the task quite difficult. Then I stumbled across Bamboo and couldn't believe how low the interest was compared to every other loan I had looked at! Amazing staff and service

I've never ever had a loan out before so I had no idea about how it worked or what happens. I was lucky enough to speak to several lovely members of staff; Spike, Sophie, Stacey, JP and John who were not only helpful and patient but very compassionate and understanding towards my self and towards my mum who really didn't understand anything about how computers work. They were amazing at talking us both through it and the website was very easy and simple to use as well. No faffing. I would definately recommend Bamboo to anyone. Reviewed on: 21st May 2018

Fantastic Customer Service

Every single member of the team I spoke to was extremely helpful. Some I spoke to on a few different occasions and they even remebered who I was and the previous conversations that I had with them. Which in my book of customer service shpould always go a long way. They were very attentitive and during my application there a slight stumbling block over Proof of Address and the staff were very forward thinking in helping to overcome this and find a suitable solution as fast as possible.
