My insurance was cancelled after one of their call handlers had a hissy fit
Ok thankyou for the update i didnt know i had insurance because ive not received any confirmation i am now complaining to the ombudsman and will leave back feedback on your websites this is my complaint to start against your company.
I bought insurance at 12.30 7/01/2018 £144 deposit ive received only the receipt on the morning.
contact mid all day to check insurance Said "no insurance all day.
I ring this morning and a rude person gave me abuse started shouting at me and then cancelled my insurance of which i have now received a 2nd email saying your insurance is cancelled i wish this to be treated as a complaint....
Also to add I have emailed your company no response, i have sent messages via facebook no response, I have phoned 3 times no help.i have responded to your request on here and guess what nothing ... are you just keeping my £144 ? cause the only response ive received is on here ....im sure its not difficult to find the emails for the share holders and start emailing them directly...... take my money not one email regarding my vehicle being issured i contact m.i.d and shows no insurance .... and for your record ive also complained to the brokers too about you see what Wednesday brings.
Wednesday brought zero responses.

took up the policy and I changed my car a few months into the policy. As I couldnt cancel the policy due to excessive service charges, I had to renew the whole policy. this meant that I lost out on over £250 as I was told that my breakdown cover could not be refunded they also applied a service charge. This is mainly due to the fact that they use a finance company that underwrites the policy which means that they send you legal letters threatening legal action if you dont pay the fees ! The whole experience has been a nightmare and I would rather pay slightly more for my insurance from a reputable company

Bedford contacted me in good time with a quotation for my landlod and unlike most compaies did not automatically take the premium from the account used previously.
I was not hassled to renew my insurance but reminded when it was nearing the renewal date.
The renewal process was easy and what I considered to be good value.
