proactive & they don't waste my time!

For a landlord they are very good; they proactively call me prior to renewal date, having already done a search to find who is the cheapest this year. All I have to do is agree to the figure & read out my card details - no waiting around for them to take more details every year, insurance can be renewed within about a minute!
