A bit old-fashioned in a good modern way.

I have been a customer for some years and have recommend Bedford to family and friends for one thing or another. I have found that the staff actually listen to what you have to say before answering, rather than trying to pre-empt you as seems to be the norm these days.. They are unfailingly polite. I never feel pressured into taking on something that I am not really sure about. Reviewed on: 19th September 2017
